• Guide property owners and prospective buyers through a professional sales process. From standardised property valuations and individual marketing plans to contract signing, achieve high customer satisfaction, recommendations and successful sales.
• Become known as a local property expert. Analyse your market, spot opportunities early and develop your own local marketing activities to reach more people and build your reputation as a reliable contact.
• Build and maintain a reliable network. Use the W&W network and develop your own network of property owners, people who refer customers, service providers and local contacts to support your business over time.
• Use modern tools and customer management software efficiently. Organise work using the agency's customer management software, property valuation software, other digital tools and clear processes to increase your reach and sales success rate.
• Run your own business. Manage marketing, sales and resources professionally and make informed financial decisions to build a profitable property business that grows steadily.
