About this Apprenticeship
Do you want to earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility? In Kaufland's Abitur program you are part of a strong team from the start. The first 1.5 years are training as a retail salesperson, followed by 1.5 years of further training to become a Handelsfachwirt.
What You'll Learn
- You are in charge of goods processes from ordering to sale and of our customers' shopping experience.
- Take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling and inventory.
- Help evaluate business figures, such as your store's sales.
Requirements
- You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to finish it.
- You want to learn more about ordering, selling our goods and our range.
- You like approaching people and can inspire them with your communication skills.
- You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
What Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG offers
- At least €1,350 gross per month during the first half year, at least €1,500 gross per month from months 7-18, and above-scale pay from month 19. Also holiday and Christmas bonuses and 6 weeks of vacation per year.
- 3 qualifications in 3 years – we also cover accommodation and meals during your school phase at an external top training center.
- After passing your final exam you have very good chances of being taken on, with good performance directly as head of your own goods department. There is also a bonus for passing the training well.
- With your trainer at your side and thorough exam preparation, we get you ready for the future in both practice and theory.
- Look forward to events and competitions, e.g. fitfortrade, as well as many discounts – from fitness and leisure activities to the Deutschland-Ticket.
