• Complete retail sales training during the first 1.5 years, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a certified trade specialist (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). You also gain a trainer qualification.
• You manage goods processes from ordering to sales and help shape our customers' shopping experience.
• Take responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Help analyse business figures, such as your store's sales.
• At least €1,350 gross per month during the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month during months 7 to 18, and pay above the fixed pay scale from month 19. Holiday and Christmas bonuses plus 6 weeks of annual leave.
• 3 qualifications in 3 years; accommodation and meals during classes at an external training centre are paid for.
• Strong chances of a permanent role after passing your final exams, with the chance to lead your own product department straight away if you perform well. A bonus for passing your training with good results.
• Support from a trainer and thorough practical and classroom exam preparation.
• Events and competitions, such as fitfortrade, plus discounts on fitness and leisure activities and the Deutschland-Ticket.
• All pay, holiday bonus and Christmas bonus details are based on the current fixed pay agreement.
