• More is more: During the first 1.5 years, you will complete vocational training as a retail salesperson, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a retail management specialist (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). You will also receive an instructor qualification.
• Your daily work will be varied: You will be responsible for product processes from ordering to sales and for our customers’ shopping experience.
• Develop leadership skills: Take responsibility for a product area, staff scheduling and inventory.
• Analysis is your thing: Support the evaluation of business performance indicators, such as your store’s sales.
• You are in the right place: You will receive at least €1,350 gross per month during the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month from months 7 to 18, and an above-tariff salary from month 19. You will also receive holiday and Christmas bonuses and six weeks of annual leave.
• More for you: Three qualifications in three years. We also cover accommodation and meals during your school phase at an external top training center.
