About this Apprenticeship
Do you want to earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility? In Kaufland's Abitur programme you are part of a strong team from day one. For the first 1.5 years you complete the apprenticeship as a retail clerk, followed by 1.5 years of further training to become a Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification is included on top.
What You'll Learn
- The goods processes from ordering to sale and our customers' shopping experience are in your hands.
- Take responsibility for a product area, staff scheduling and inventory.
- Help evaluate business figures, such as your store's sales.
Requirements
- You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to finish it.
- You want to learn more about ordering and selling our goods and about our range.
- You like approaching people and can inspire them with your strong communication skills.
- You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
What Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG offers
- At least €1,350 gross per month in the first half year, at least €1,500 gross per month from month 7 to 18, and above-scale pay from month 19. Also holiday and Christmas bonuses and 6 weeks of vacation per year.
- 3 qualifications in 3 years – we also cover the cost of accommodation and meals during your school phase at an external top training centre.
- After passing your final exam you have very good chances of being taken on. With good performance, directly as head of your own product area. You also get a bonus for passing the apprenticeship well.
- With your trainer at your side and thorough exam preparation, we get you ready for the future in both practice and theory.
- Events and competitions, e.g. fitfortrade, plus many discounts – from fitness and leisure activities to the Deutschland-Ticket.
