Abitur Program Store - Retail Business Manager 2027

In Kaufland's Abitur program you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. The first 1.5 years are the apprenticeship as retail clerk, followed by 1.5 years of further training as Handelsfachwirt.

• You are in charge of goods processes from ordering to sale and of our customers' shopping experience.
• Take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling and inventory.
• Help evaluate business figures, e.g. your store's sales.

• You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to get it.
• You want to learn more about ordering, selling our goods and our range.
• You like approaching people and can inspire with strong communication skills.
• You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
