Graduate Program Store - Retail Business Manager 2027

In Kaufland's Abitur graduate program you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. In the first 1.5 years you complete the apprenticeship as a retail merchant, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce) and the trainer qualification.

• The goods processes from ordering to sale and the shopping experience of customers are in your hands.
• Take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling and inventory.
• Help evaluate business key figures, such as your store's revenue.

• You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to finish it.
• You want to learn more about ordering and selling our goods and our product range.
• You like approaching people and can inspire them with your strong communication skills.
• You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around our store opening hours.
