• More qualifications: Complete a retail apprenticeship in the first 1.5 years, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a certified trade and commerce specialist (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). You also gain a trainer qualification.
• An interesting daily routine: You take charge of goods processes from ordering to sales and of our customers' shopping experience.
• Develop leadership skills: Take responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Put your analytical skills to use: Help assess business figures, such as your store's sales.
• Pay and leave: Earn at least €1,350 gross per month during the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month in months 7 to 18, and pay above the agreed pay scale from month 19. You also receive holiday and Christmas payments and six weeks of annual leave.
• More support: Gain three qualifications in three years. We also cover accommodation and meals during your school periods at an external leading training centre.
• Good prospects: After passing your final exam, you have a strong chance of being offered a job. With good performance, you could move straight into managing your own product department. You also receive a bonus for completing your training with good results.
• Strong training: Your trainer and thorough exam preparation help you build practical skills and knowledge for the future.
