• More qualifications: Complete retail sales vocational training in the first 1.5 years, followed by 1.5 years of advanced training as a Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce. You also earn a trainer qualification.
• An interesting daily role: You handle the movement of goods from ordering to sale and help shape our customers' shopping experience.
• Develop leadership skills: Take responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Use your analytical skills: Help review business figures, such as your store's sales.
• Pay and leave: Receive at least €1,350 gross per month for the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month from months 7 to 18, and pay above the fixed pay scale from month 19. You also receive holiday and Christmas bonuses and six weeks of annual leave.
• More support: Earn three qualifications in three years. We also cover accommodation and meals during your classroom training at an external education centre.
• Good prospects: After passing your final exam, you have a strong chance of staying with the company. With good performance, you may move straight into leading your own product department. A training completion bonus is also available for good results.
