Abitur Programme Store - Retail Management Specialist 2027

In the Kaufland Abitur programme you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. In the first 1.5 years you complete training as a retail clerk, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a retail management specialist (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification comes on top.
