Graduate Programme Store - Retail Business Manager 2027

In Kaufland's Abitur programme you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. For the first 1.5 years you complete the apprenticeship as a retail clerk, followed by 1.5 years of further training to become a Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification is added on top. No cover letter is needed.

• You like approaching people and can inspire others with your strong communication skills.
• You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around our store opening hours.
