• During the first 1.5 years, you complete a retail apprenticeship, followed by 1.5 years of advanced training as a Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce. You also gain a trainer qualification.
• You take charge of goods processes from ordering to sales and of our customers' shopping experience.
• Take responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Help analyse business figures, such as your store's sales.
• At least €1,350 gross per month during the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month from months 7 to 18, and pay above the fixed pay scale from month 19. Holiday and Christmas bonuses plus six weeks of holiday each year.
• Three qualifications in three years, with accommodation and meals covered during school periods at an external training centre.
• Strong chances of a permanent role after passing the final exam, potentially managing your own product department if you perform well. A bonus for passing the apprenticeship with good results.
• Support from your trainer and thorough exam preparation in practical work and theory.
• Events and competitions, such as fitfortrade, plus discounts on fitness and leisure activities and the Deutschland-Ticket.
