• More to achieve: During the first 1.5 years, you complete vocational training as a retail sales specialist, followed by 1.5 years of advanced training as a trade and commerce specialist (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). You also gain a trainer qualification.
• An interesting working day: You handle goods processes from ordering to selling, as well as our customers' shopping experience.
• Develop leadership skills: Take responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Enjoy analysis: Help evaluate business figures, such as your store's sales.
• A good place to start: Earn at least €1,350 gross per month during the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month from months 7 to 18, and pay above the standard pay scale from month 19. You also receive holiday and Christmas payments and six weeks of holiday per year.
• More for you: Three qualifications in three years, with accommodation and meals covered during your classroom training at an external education centre.
• Strong prospects: After passing your final examination, you have a very good chance of being offered a job. With good performance, you could directly lead your own product department. You also receive a bonus for completing your training with good results.
• High-quality training: Your trainer supports you, and thorough examination preparation helps you build practical and theoretical skills for the future.
