Graduate Program Store - Retail Business Manager 2027

In Kaufland's Abitur graduate program you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. In the first 1.5 years you complete the apprenticeship as a retail merchant, followed by 1.5 years of further training to become a Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification is added on top. Full-time, permanent.

• Be in charge of goods processes from ordering to sale and the customers' shopping experience
• Take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling and inventory
• Help analyze business figures, e.g. the store's sales

• Abitur or Fachhochschulreife already in hand or about to be completed
• Interest in learning more about ordering, selling the goods and the product range
• Like approaching people and inspiring them with strong communication skills
• Highly motivated, reliable and flexible around store opening hours
