School-leaver programme in store - Trade and Commerce Specialist 2027

Kaufland's school-leaver programme lets you earn three Chamber of Industry and Commerce qualifications in three years and take on leadership duties. Retail sales training is followed by further training as a trade and commerce specialist and a qualification to train apprentices.

• More to achieve: During the first 1.5 years, you complete retail sales training, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a trade and commerce specialist (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). You also gain a qualification to train apprentices.
• An exciting daily routine: You handle the flow of goods from ordering to selling and help shape our customers' shopping experience.
• Develop leadership skills: Take responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Put your analytical skills to use: Help review business figures, such as your store's sales.

• Ready to start? You have already earned your Abitur or university of applied sciences entrance qualification, or are about to finish it.
• Interested in food? You want to learn more about ordering and selling our goods and about our product range.
• Confident with people? You enjoy approaching others and can win them over with your communication skills.
