• In the first 1.5 years you complete the apprenticeship as a retail salesperson, followed by 1.5 years of further training to become a Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification comes on top.
• The goods processes from ordering to sale and the shopping experience of our customers are in your hands.
• Take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling and inventory.
• Help evaluate business figures, such as your store's sales.
• At least €1,350 gross per month in the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month from month 7 to 18, and above-scale pay from month 19. Also holiday and Christmas bonus and 6 weeks of vacation per year.
• 3 qualifications in 3 years – we also cover accommodation and meals during your school phase at an external top training centre.
• After passing your final exam you have very good chances of being hired. With good performance, directly as head of your own goods department. You also get a bonus for passing the apprenticeship well.
• With your trainer at your side and thorough exam preparation, we make you fit for the future in both practice and theory.
