About this Apprenticeship
In Kaufland's Abitur program you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. For the first 1.5 years you complete the training as a retail clerk, followed by 1.5 years of further training to become a retail business specialist (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification is added on top. Full-time, permanent.
What You'll Learn
- The goods processes from ordering to sale as well as our customers' shopping experience are in your hands.
- Take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling and inventory.
- Help evaluate business figures, such as your store's sales.
Requirements
- You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to get it.
- You want to learn more about ordering and selling our goods as well as our product range.
- You like approaching people and can inspire them with your strong communication skills.
- You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around our store opening hours.
What Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG offers
- At least €1,350 gross per month in the first half year, at least €1,500 gross per month from month 7 to 18, and above-scale pay from month 19. Also holiday and Christmas bonuses and 6 weeks of vacation per year.
- 3 qualifications in 3 years – we also cover the cost of accommodation and meals during your school phase at an external top training center.
- After passing the final exam you have very good chances of being taken on, with good performance directly as head of your own goods department. There is also a bonus for passing the training well.
- With your trainer at your side and thorough exam preparation, we make you fit for the future in both practice and theory.
- Events and competitions, e.g. fitfortrade, as well as many discounts – from fitness and leisure activities to the Deutschland-Ticket.
- All information on pay, holiday and Christmas bonuses refers to the collective agreement currently in force.
