Abitur Programme Store - Retail Management Specialist 2027

In the Abitur programme at Kaufland, you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. In the first 1.5 years you complete the apprenticeship as a retail merchant, followed by 1.5 years of further training to become a retail management specialist (Handelsfachwirt). The trainer qualification comes on top.

• Take responsibility for a goods area, staff scheduling and inventory.
• Help evaluate business figures, such as your store's sales.

• You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to get it.
• Passion for food: You want to learn more about ordering and selling our goods and about our range.
• You like approaching people and can inspire them with your communication skills.
• You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around our store opening hours.
