Graduate Program Store - Retail Business Manager 2027

Do you want to earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility? In the Abitur graduate program at Kaufland you are part of a strong team from the start. In the first 1.5 years you complete the apprenticeship as a retail salesperson, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a certified retail business manager. The trainer qualification is added on top. Full-time, permanent.

• Be in charge of goods processes from ordering to sale and the customer shopping experience
• Take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling and inventory
• Support the analysis of business figures, e.g. the store's revenue

• You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to finish it.
• You want to learn more about ordering, selling our goods and our range.
• You like approaching people and can inspire them with your communication skills.
• You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
