Abitur Graduate Programme - Retail Specialist 2027

In this graduate programme, you first complete vocational training as a retail salesperson and then further training as a certified retail specialist, including an instructor qualification. You take responsibility for merchandise processes, a product area, staff deployment planning and inventory, and support the analysis of business figures.

You are interested in ordering and selling goods and learning about the product range, enjoy approaching people, have strong communication skills, and are highly motivated and reliable. At least €1,350 gross per month during the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month from months 7 to 18, and an above-tariff salary from month 19; holiday and Christmas bonuses plus six weeks of annual leave. Three qualifications in three years, with accommodation and meals during the school phase covered by Kaufland.
