School-Leaver Program, Retail Management Specialist, 2027

In Kaufland's school-leaver program, you first complete training as a retail salesperson and then continue with further training as a retail management specialist. You will earn three IHK qualifications and can take on management responsibility.

During the first 1.5 years, you complete training as a retail salesperson, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a retail management specialist. You also obtain the trainer qualification You manage product processes from ordering through to sales and help create a positive shopping experience You take responsibility for a product area, staff scheduling and stocktaking You support the analysis of business performance figures, such as your store's sales

You have already completed your Abitur or university of applied sciences entrance qualification, or are about to complete it You are interested in ordering, selling and learning about the food range You enjoy approaching people and can impress them with your communication skills You are highly motivated, reliable and flexible around store opening hours
