About this Apprenticeship
Three-year apprenticeship as a retail merchant at Kaufland in Geilenkirchen. As an apprentice you are part of a strong team from day one and get to know all sales areas. No cover letter is needed.
What You'll Learn
- Dive into the world of retail and the varied product range during the 3-year apprenticeship.
- Work through all sales areas and become an expert in customer service and business key figures.
- Help out with ordering, receiving, storing and stocking the different goods.
- Learn how to present goods attractively to customers.
- Give sales promotions a boost and ensure the right look in the store in every season.
Requirements
- You have your half-year report card or an intermediate school leaving certificate, e.g. Realschulabschluss.
- You want to learn more about our product range.
- You like approaching people and have a smile for everyone.
- You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around our store opening hours.
What Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG offers
- At least €1,250 gross per month in the first year, at least €1,350 gross per month in the second year and at least €1,500 gross per month in the third year, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses and 6 weeks of vacation per year.
- A qualified trainer and comprehensive exam preparation for both practice and theory.
- After passing the final exam you have very good chances of being taken on; in addition, a bonus for passing the apprenticeship well.
- Individual development opportunities and an extensive further training offer.
- Events and competitions, e.g. fitfortrade, as well as many discounts, from fitness and leisure activities to the Deutschland-Ticket.
- All information on pay, holiday and Christmas bonuses refers to the applicable collective agreement.
