• You manage your own branch office
• You support our long-standing private and corporate clients with your team on insurance matters, investments, and construction financing
• You acquire new customers and continuously increase your client base through ongoing cross- and up-selling
• You have claims authority and can settle claims directly on site

• Completed apprenticeship as an insurance specialist, insurance clerk, or management assistant for insurance and finance (m/f/d)
• Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the insurance sector
• Willingness and potential to take on leadership responsibility
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as a strong customer orientation
• Through your leadership qualities you encourage and challenge your team
