About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn
- Dive into the world of retail and the varied product range during your 3-year training.
- Go through all sales areas and become an expert in customer service and business figures.
- Help out with ordering, receiving, storing and stocking the different goods.
- Learn how to present goods attractively to customers.
- Make sales promotions a success and ensure the right look in the store in every season.
Requirements
- You have your mid-year report card or your intermediate school leaving certificate, e.g. Realschulabschluss.
- Passion for food: you want to learn more about our product range.
- Friendly and helpful: you like approaching people and have a smile for everyone.
- People can count on you: you are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
What Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG offers
- At least €1,250 gross per month in the first year, at least €1,350 gross per month in the second year and at least €1,500 gross per month in the third year. Also holiday and Christmas bonuses and 6 weeks of vacation per year.
- Top training: a qualified trainer and thorough exam preparation for practice and theory.
- After passing the final exam you have very good chances of being taken on. There is also a bonus for passing well.
