Dual Study Program in Business Administration and Retail Management - Store (B.A.) 2027

A 3-year dual study program with Kaufland in Homburg, combining academic study and practical work from September 1, 2027. Academic phases take place at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Heilbronn. The program prepares you for a store management role.

• Complete varied academic and practical phases during the 3-year dual study program.
• Take an active role in improvements, from identifying opportunities to putting changes into practice.
• Learn all store areas and processes, from the product range and ordering goods to checking deliveries.
• Take responsibility early, for example by covering a product department manager's holiday.
• Help analyze business performance figures.
