• Your three-year dual study program includes varied classroom and practical phases.
• You take an active role in making improvements, from spotting opportunities to putting changes into practice.
• You learn about all store departments and processes, from the product range and ordering goods to checking deliveries.
• You take responsibility early, for example by covering for a department manager during their holiday.
• You help review business performance figures.
• Gross monthly pay of €1,650 in the first year, €1,750 in the second year and €1,950 in the third year, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses and six weeks of holiday each year.
• Individual training and interesting practical projects.
• Excellent chances of a permanent role if you perform well and show commitment, with preparation for a store management position.
• 20 days of paid leave for your final thesis, your own company laptop, paid tuition fees and help with travel costs for an optional semester abroad.
