About this Apprenticeship
Three-year programme at Takko for school leavers as an alternative to university, offering a qualification equivalent in level to a bachelor's degree and preparation for managing a store.
What You'll Learn
- Practical training: work in Takko stores and learn all key tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, product displays, using the till and stocktaking.
- Classroom learning: learn theory from experienced colleagues and through regular blocks of classes at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
- Store management: prepare for leading staff and managing personnel so you can run a store later.
Requirements
- School qualification: full entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences or Abitur; people who have left university without graduating are also welcome
- Responsibility: enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
- Willingness to learn: motivation to learn new things and develop your skills
- Team spirit: enjoy working with people and fashion and be able to work in a team
