• Experience varied academic and practical phases during your three-year dual study programme.
• Contribute your ideas and actively improve processes, from identifying opportunities to putting changes into practice.
• Learn about every area and process in our stores, from product ranges and ordering to checking deliveries.
• Gain early leadership experience by taking responsibility, for example covering for a department manager during holidays.
• Help analyse business performance figures.

• Gross monthly pay of €1,650 in the first year, €1,750 in the second year and €1,950 in the third year, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses and six weeks of annual leave.
• Individual training and interesting practical projects help you develop.
• Good performance and strong commitment give you excellent prospects of staying with us and preparing for a store management role.
• Receive 20 days of paid leave to write your thesis and your own company laptop. We also cover your tuition fees and help with travel costs for an optional semester abroad.
