Working Student HR

• Support the team with administrative processes and strategic topics in close cooperation with HR management
• General office and administrative tasks and support in the onboarding process
• Independent assumption of tasks in daily business
• Participation in the further development of HR processes, guidelines and instruments

• Enrolled student (Bachelor from 3rd semester or Master) (f/m/d), ideally in Business Administration, HR, Business Psychology or comparable
• Enjoy taking responsibility and driving topics forward independently
• Interest in strategic HR work and organizational development
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Analytical thinking and conceptual strength
• First practical experience in HR is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
