About this Apprenticeship
For our centrally located Radiologie 360° - Dreifaltigkeits-Krankenhaus in Wesseling, we are looking for trainees for the profession of Medical Assistant (MFA). You can expect a modern workplace with bright, modern rooms, a friendly team and an open, appreciative atmosphere. You will get to know the varied tasks of an MFA from the start and step by step become important support for the team and the patients. Med 360° is Germany's most successful outpatient healthcare provider.
What You'll Learn
- Welcome, look after and advise patients in a friendly way
- Coordinate examination appointments in person and by phone
- Actively help shape the organisation of daily practice work
- Prepare medical treatments and examinations
- Assist with diagnostics and therapy
- Work with digital patient and staff records
- Gain insight into billing and administration
- Get to know and safely operate medical instruments and devices
Requirements
- You have a very good lower secondary school certificate, a good intermediate school certificate or a solid advanced technical college entrance qualification
- You enjoy working with people and have a friendly, open manner
- You are interested in medicine and health
- You are reliable and happily take on responsibility
- You are a true team player
- You enjoy learning new things and developing personally
- You find both medical and organisational tasks exciting
