As a dual student at Kaufland, you are part of a strong team from the start. In your 3-year dual study program you experience varied theory and practice phases. You complete the theory phases at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) Heilbronn.

• Actively helping out and driving improvements – from spotting potential for improvement to practical implementation
• Insights into all areas and processes of the stores, from the product range and ordering goods to checking deliveries
• Taking on responsibility early, e.g. as vacation cover for a goods area manager
• Supporting the analysis of business key figures

• You have your mid-year report, Abitur or Fachabitur in hand.
• Passion for food: You want to learn more about ordering and selling our goods and about retail.
• You approach people confidently and can inspire with your communication skills.
• You are regionally flexible and expand your knowledge in different stores.
• You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
