About this Apprenticeship
Two year retail sales assistant apprenticeship at EDEKA in Mittweida, covering sales, purchasing, ordering and stock management. With good performance and under certain conditions, the training can be shortened by six months. You can then complete a third training year to qualify as a retail management assistant.
What You'll Learn
- You will be the first point of contact for customers, advising them and representing our philosophy: We love food.
- You will handle all aspects of merchandise, working in purchasing, ordering and stock management as well as sales.
- You will operate checkouts and advise customers on our services.
- You will display products to encourage sales and help plan the product range and arrange merchandise.
