At Volksbank Mittweida, you will combine a dual study program in banking and bank management with practical work in various business areas and internal departments.

• Advise customers on account management, payment transactions, loans, investments, insurance, and retirement planning.
• Learn about and contribute to areas such as real estate finance, digital customer support, and corporate customer advisory services.
• Work in internal departments such as sales management, credit processing, and the passive products service center.
• Establish initial customer contacts in branches and support daily operations.
• Actively contribute to projects in social media and apprentice marketing.
• Attend training courses and seminars to prepare for the final examination.

• University entrance qualification or university of applied sciences entrance qualification.
