• Your three-year dual study programme includes varied academic and practical phases.
• Your ideas are welcome: you help identify and put improvements into practice.
• You gain insight into all store departments and processes, from product ranges and ordering goods to checking deliveries.
• You gain leadership experience early, for example by covering for a department manager during their holiday.
• You help review business performance figures.
• You receive support with your professional, social and personal development.
• You receive gross monthly pay of €1,650 in the first year, €1,750 in the second year and €1,950 in the third year, plus holiday and Christmas payments and six weeks of holiday each year.
• You benefit from individual training and interesting practical projects.
• Good performance and commitment give you excellent chances of staying with the company, with preparation for a store leadership role.
• You receive 20 days of paid leave and your own company laptop for your final thesis. Tuition fees are covered, and travel costs for an optional semester abroad are partly covered.
