• Your three-year dual study programme includes varied classroom and practical phases.
• You take an active role in making improvements, from identifying opportunities to putting changes into practice.
• You learn about every area and process in our stores, from the product range and ordering goods to checking deliveries.
• You take on responsibility early, for example by covering for a department manager during their holiday.
• You help analyse business performance figures.
• Your classroom phases take place at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) Heilbronn. We support and challenge your professional, social and personal development.
• Gross monthly pay of €1,650 in the first year, €1,750 in the second year and €1,950 in the third year, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses and six weeks of holiday a year.
• Individual training and interesting practical projects.
• Strong prospects of a permanent job if you perform well and show commitment, with preparation for a store management role.
• 20 days of paid leave and your own company laptop for your final thesis, tuition fees covered and help with travel costs for an optional semester abroad.
