• Your three-year dual study programme includes varied classroom and practical phases.
• You contribute your own ideas and drive improvements from identifying opportunities to putting changes into practice.
• You gain insight into all store departments, from the product range and ordering goods to checking deliveries.
• You gain early management experience, for example by covering for a department manager during their holiday.
• You help analyse business performance figures.
• You receive €1,650 gross per month in the first year, €1,750 in the second and €1,950 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses and six weeks of holiday each year.
• You benefit from individual training and interesting practical projects.
• With good performance and strong commitment, you have excellent prospects of staying with the company and are prepared for a store management role.
• You receive 20 days of paid leave for your thesis and your own company laptop. Tuition fees are covered, and travel costs for an optional semester abroad are subsidised.
• You can join events and competitions such as fitfortrade and receive discounts on fitness, leisure activities and the Deutschland-Ticket.
• Pay and holiday and Christmas bonuses follow the current fixed pay scale.
