As a dual student at Kaufland, you are part of a strong team from the start and combine practice with theory. You complete the theory phases at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) Heilbronn. You receive professional, social and personal support and have excellent chances of being hired after graduating.

• Varied theory and practice phases in the 3-year dual study program
• Pitch in actively and drive improvements, from spotting potential for improvement to putting it into practice
• Get to know all areas and processes in the stores, from the product range and ordering goods to checking deliveries
• Take on responsibility early, e.g. as vacation cover for a department manager
• Support the evaluation of business key figures

• You have your half-year report card, Abitur or Fachabitur in hand.
