Retail Management Training Programme for School Leavers, 2027

Takko's three-year training programme offers an alternative to university and leads to a qualification at bachelor's degree level. It combines practical store training, classroom learning and preparation for managing a store.

• Practical training: work in Takko stores and learn all the main tasks, including advising customers, learning about products, displaying goods, operating the checkout and taking stock.
• Classroom training: learn theory from experienced colleagues and through regular blocks of classes at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: prepare for leading staff and managing personnel so that you can run a store in the future.

• School qualification: a full entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences or the Abitur; people who have left university without graduating are also welcome
• Responsibility: you enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
• Willingness to learn: you are motivated to learn new things and develop your skills
• Teamwork: you enjoy working with people and fashion and can work in a team
