Dual Study Program in Business Administration, Retail - Store (B.A.) 2027

As a dual student at Kaufland you combine practice with theory, earn your own money from the start and have the best chances of being hired afterwards. The 3-year dual study program includes theory and practical phases. You complete the theory phases at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) Heilbronn.

• Actively get involved and drive optimizations, from spotting improvement potential to implementation
• Get to know all areas and processes of the stores, from the range of goods to ordering and delivery checks
• Take on responsibility early, e.g. as vacation cover for a department manager
• Support the evaluation of business key figures

• Half-year report card, Abitur or Fachabitur
• Passion for food and interest in learning more about ordering and selling our goods and about retail
• Confident manner and strong communication skills
• Regional flexibility to learn in different stores
• Highly motivated, reliable and flexible around store opening hours
