Real Estate Agent in a Team Network

As a self-employed commercial agent (m/f/d) under § 84 HGB for Wüstenrot Immobilien GmbH, a subsidiary of the W&W Group, you build your own real estate business. You benefit from an established brand and a large network, and you support customers from property valuation and sale through to financing and insurance.

• Build an active real estate portfolio in your region: regularly acquire new properties and prospective buyers
• Guide owners and prospective buyers through a professional brokerage process, from property valuation to contract signing
• Become visible as a local real estate expert (m/f/d): analyze the market and develop your own marketing measures
• Build and maintain a sustainable network: tap into the W&W network and establish a personal partner network
• Use modern tools and CRM efficiently
• Run your business like an entrepreneur: manage marketing, sales and resources professionally and make sound financial decisions
