As a dual student at Kaufland, you are part of a strong team from the start. The 3-year dual study program combines theory and practical phases. You complete the theory phases at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) Heilbronn. With good performance, you have the best chances of being hired afterwards. • Experience varied theory and practical phases in the dual study program
• Pitch in actively and drive improvements, from spotting potential to practical implementation
• Get to know all areas and processes of the stores, from the product range and ordering goods to checking deliveries
• Take on responsibility early, e.g. as holiday cover for a goods area manager
• Support the analysis of business key figures

• Half-year report card, Abitur or Fachabitur
• Interest in learning more about ordering and selling goods and about retail
• Confident manner and strong communication skills
