• You take care of posting job advertisements, initiate personnel marketing measures and ensure the smooth running of our application processes
• The pre-selection of candidates is equally on your agenda as conducting telephone interviews or organizing job interviews and assessment days
• In addition, you create evaluations, reports and presentations and support with general administrative tasks

• Completed commercial training or first professional experience
• Committed, structured and reliable way of working with high service orientation
• Quick comprehension and good numerical understanding
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and enjoyment of varied tasks
• Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally also Google Workspace
