As a dual student at Kaufland, you are part of a strong team from the start. In the 3-year dual study program you experience varied theory and practice phases. You complete the theory phases at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) Heilbronn. You are prepared for a management position in the store. No cover letter is needed.

• Varied theory and practice phases in the 3-year dual study program
• Actively get involved and drive improvements, from spotting potential to putting it into practice
• Get to know all areas and processes of the store, from product range and ordering goods to checking deliveries
• Take on responsibility early, e.g. as holiday cover for a department manager
• Support the analysis of business key figures

• Mid-year report card, Abitur or Fachabitur
• Interest in learning more about ordering and selling goods and about retail
• Confident manner and strong communication skills
• Regional flexibility to work in different stores
