Dual Study Programme in Business Administration and Retail, Store (B.A.) 2027

Kaufland offers a three-year dual study programme in Business Administration and Retail (B.A.) in Erbach, starting on 1 September 2027. Practical placements in stores alternate with classes at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Heilbronn. The programme teaches store operations and prepares students for management duties.

• Complete varied classroom and practical phases during your three-year dual study programme.
• Contribute ideas and help improve operations, from identifying possible improvements to putting them into practice.
• Learn all areas and processes in the stores, from the product range and ordering goods to checking deliveries.
• Take on responsibility early, for example by covering for a product department manager during holidays.
• Help analyse business performance figures.

• You have your midyear school report, Abitur or Fachabitur.
• You are interested in food and want to learn more about ordering and selling goods and working in retail.
• You approach people confidently and engage them with your communication skills.
• You are willing to work at different stores within the region to broaden your knowledge.
