As a dual student at Kaufland you are part of a strong team from the start. In your 3-year dual study program you experience varied theory and practice phases. You complete the theory phases at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) Heilbronn. No cover letter is needed.

• Varied theory and practice phases in the 3-year dual study program.
• Pitch in actively and drive improvements, from spotting potential to putting it into practice.
• Get to know all areas and processes in the stores, from the product range and ordering goods to checking deliveries.
• Take on responsibility early, e.g. as vacation cover for a department manager.
• Help with analyzing business figures.

• You have your half-year report card, Abitur or Fachabitur in hand.
• Passion for food: You want to learn more about ordering and selling our goods and about retail.
• You approach people with confidence and impress with your strong communication skills.
• You are regionally flexible and expand your knowledge in different stores.
• You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
