About this Apprenticeship
Kaufland's 18-month trainee programme prepares graduates to become store managers. You will learn about store processes and key performance figures, run your own project and support the store team.

Requirements
- You have completed a university degree or have a comparable qualification.
- Some experience in food retail and enthusiasm for our product range are an advantage.
- You approach people confidently and can motivate them through strong communication skills.
- You are well organised, enjoy hands-on work and can work flexibly around our store opening hours.
- You have German language skills suitable for business negotiations.
