Your career start: In a three-month rhythm, theoretical semesters at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR) alternate with practical semesters at KfW. From the beginning, you actively work in small teams on challenging IT projects and learn to analyze and design information systems efficiently. You also go through various stations at KfW and gain insight into different business areas, such as accounting and domestic loan processing. With additional courses in Business English and supporting specialized seminars, we prepare you for a successful graduation. Naturally, we offer you an attractive apprenticeship remuneration and cover 100% of the semester fees at HWR.

Very good technical college entrance qualification (Abitur) as well as good to very good English and mathematics skills. Great interest in information technologies and economic contexts. You are enthusiastic about regular exchange and interaction with other people. High sense of responsibility, reliability and discretion. Flexibility and interest in the topics of digitalization & agile working methods. Commitment and fun working in a team. A plus, not a must: First computer science knowledge and/or programming experience.
