• You will get to know various kitchen areas and support our kitchen teams.
• You will be instructed in the professional preparation of dishes, the associated plating, and the correct handling of work, food, and hygiene regulations, and you will learn various preparation methods, e.g., cooking methods.
• You will also gain insights into cost control, inventory management, and kitchen organization.
• You will take responsibility for a specific area in the kitchen.
• You will learn to independently carry out inventory control, orders, or guest consultations.

• Ideally, you have a secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss).
• You possess manual dexterity and creativity.
• Openness and resilience in daily work are a matter of course for you.
• You have a good understanding of mathematics (calculations) and a quick grasp.
• A friendly demeanor in interactions with other people and good communication skills characterize you.
