Welcome to Kik Textilien und Non Food GmbH! This apprenticeship and advanced training programme to become a certified trade specialist (m/f/d) takes place in Speyer, Rhineland-Palatinate. The training lasts 3 years. Monthly apprenticeship pay starts at €1,200 in the first year and rises to €2,410 in the final training year. • You will get to know all processes in the branch
• You will support with staff deployment planning and organization in the branch
• Goods receipt and merchandise presentation are among your regular tasks
• You ensure an orderly branch and implement the concept specifications
• You conduct consulting and sales discussions with our customers and are deployed at the cash register
• Theoretical content is taught by experienced lecturers at the Education Center for Retail (BZE) in Springe in 10 seminars of 2 weeks each
• Theoretical focus areas: Retail marketing, leadership and communication, as well as cost and performance accounting

• You have a high school diploma (Abitur) or a full advanced technical college certificate (Fachhochschulreife)
• Willingness to learn and initiative are important so that you can easily complete the Abiturientenmodell
• You enjoy sales and interacting with our customers
