2027 Apprenticeship as an Optician in Bielefeld City Centre

KIND offers a three-year apprenticeship in optics and a secure start to your career with development opportunities and future prospects. The company is one of the leading providers in hearing care and optics and one of the industry’s largest trainers.

You will analyse customers’ visual needs using modern technical equipment and measurement methods and recommend suitable vision solutions. You will learn fair, transparent and expert advice, develop a strong sense of aesthetics and style, and make and adjust glasses in the workshop.

You are practically minded and have good manual skills, a sound understanding of physics and biology, and an open approach to people of all ages. You can communicate confidently in German, both verbally and in writing, at least at B2 level; C1 skills are an advantage.

Guaranteed employment after the apprenticeship for strong performers, plus varied development opportunities; a permanent increase in apprentice pay after good exam results; discounts on KIND products for you and your family members; school-related costs and a BahnCard 50 covered; exam preparation at the modern KIND Campus in Burgwedel; digital training through the e-campus; apprenticeship start in August or September.
